All orders with Maxim Farm will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days and shipped out for delivery on the next available weekday (no shipping Fri-Sun). 

Maxim Farm prioritizes quick and efficient delivery to ensure the freshness of our products, which is why we use Fedex Overnight (1-day) Shipping.

Please make sure that the delivery address is inputted correctly at checkout. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders.

Order Processing 

Due to COVID-19, New orders are processed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only.  

Orders received Thursday - Sunday will be fulfilled the following Monday (excluding holidays).

 

 

Return, Refunds and Replacement

Maxim Farm strictly follows all California Food Safety Laws, the FDA regulations and other pertinent federal, state, and local food safety law.

For public safety reasons, ALL FOOD sales are FINAL. No return or exchange claims will be accepted.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, contact us immediately and return it within 24 hours for an exchange or refund of the purchase price of the products only (not including shipping and handling costs). 

A credit can only be provided if the product is returned for review.  Please keep all packaging intact for any returns.  If an exchanged is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim. If you choose to return an unopened, unused item for credit, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

 

Cancellation policy or changes

Any changes in your order, including cancellations, must be communicated through phone or email before 2pm PST on the day of shipping.

 

Ordering Policy

Orders can be placed 24 hours /7 days a week via www.maximfarm.com. For security purpose, we do not accept any orders via email.

 

No P.O. Box / Continental U.S. Delivery Only

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or Alaska, Hawaii or addresses outside of the United States.
